We offer small personalized tours (6-10 people) of rare gastronomic insight.. Headed up by Ernest Ifkovitz (importer and sommelier) and Adriana Valera (Sommelier and guide). If you want to experience wine, food, and places that will change your life, you're at the right place. We've come up with what we'd like as passionate food and wine lovers: interesting top notch wineries (not just wineries), cool small towns, and a good mix of strolls, dinner, sightseeing, history, and guided and non-guided tastings.

Toscana, Emilia-Romagna, Italian Alps: Native Grapes, Small Towns, Spas

(and 75 year old Balsamic Vinegar in between)

 

Summary: We travel from Firenze up to the Alto-Adige Alpine region of Italy. We'll hit Emilia with aged balsamic vinegar, Lago di Garda.
